My Journey

Why I looked down and noticed I can’t say.  But it was almost like I just woke up. How did I become so overweight and out of shape?

So I did what most do. I starved myself and exercised like crazy. It worked until it didn’t and of course I gained it all back. After my first attempt, I failed again on a different diet. And Again.


I began researching, studying looking for the modern equivent of the “Holy Grail”. When I came across the Primal way of living it was not going forward but instead looking at our past where I found the answer.


I wrote the book “Doing a 180 at 60”  to inspire others to live a more happy and healthy life, Now I have taken it to another level by becoming a Primal Master coach and helping others through my coaching program.
